There's a considerable amount of information on this form.  Unfortunately, the image at Ancestry is just blurred enough to make much of it unreadable.  It would be worth tracking down the original microfilm. 
There's a place on the page to complain about all these pages being unreadable.  Perhaps if enough of us do complain, they may improve the quality of the images [ditto the WWI Draft Registration cards].
What we can tell, that we didn't already know, is that he was a Private in the 3rd Wisconsin Volunteer Infantry, that he enlisted on 28 May 1898 at Milwaukee, WI, and was discharged on 7 Jan 1899, at Hudson, WI.

Mr. and Mrs. Marcus Hansen, Marshfield, parents of the Misses Dorothea and Edith Hansen, who are teachers at Plymouth, observed their thirtieth wedding anniversay Friday.  Mr. Hansen is secretary of the Johnson Manufacturing company.  He is prominent in Marshfield civic affairs, being affiliated with the I.O.O.F., the Fraternal Reserve association, the Eagles and the Danish Brotherhood.  He has held offices in all these organizations.  He is also clerk of the Marshfield school board.  Mrs. Hansen is a member of the Fraternal Reserve association and of the Marshfield Rebekah lodge.
