WARNING:  My interest here is Widow Celia LEGOO.  I only include this page on Antoine VANOSS because the families were living together in the 1920 census.  I do not, as yet, see a genealogical connection between the famillies.

As best I can tell from a quick scan of the files at WorldConnect:  Andrew VANOSS has a European (Dutch?) father and an Amerindian mother (Chippewa); Margaret BELLANGER's father appears to be 1/4 French and 3/4 Amerindian and her mother Amerindian; John ROBERTS appears to be half Ameridian; and Frances LUFKINS appears to be Amerindian.  Do not quote these estimates without confirming them.
